IPBeja Erasmus Week 2026

The IPBeja Erasmus Week is a multicultural forum focused on the exchange of good practices and international collaboration. Administrative and academic staff from partner higher education institutions are invited to participate in training, teaching, networking and cultural activities.

The programme includes:

• Welcome session and presentations from participating institutions
• Training activities and workshops for administrative staff
• Teaching and training activities for academic staff
• Beja city walking tour
• Portuguese Language and Culture Workshop
• Research and academic innovation sessions
• Presentations on innovative academic projects and approaches
• Networking and social activities
• Farewell dinner
• Opportunities for individual meetings with IPBeja colleagues

Administrative staff can choose an IPBeja service to visit, including Student Services, ICT Support Services, Library, Financial and Human Resources, Image and Communication Services, or Exchange and International Cooperation.

• Date: 26–30 October 2026
• Application deadline: 25 September 2026
• Mobility Agreement deadline: 2 October 2026
• Participation fee: Free of charge
• Travel & accommodation: Not included; participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and personal expenses.
• Target group: Administrative and academic staff from partner higher education institutions.
• Minimum number of participants: 8

Important: Applicants should wait for their acceptance letter before making any travel or accommodation bookings.

Application
Interested colleagues must fill in the Fontys ICT registration form first in order to follow the internal procedure for staff mobility (see How does it work?)
Fontys ICT will coordinate the participants as sending university and bring you in contact with the host to follow up the application.
Only when participation is approved by the Coördinator Internationalisation or Cluster Manager the application process at the organizing partner can be started.
