The company is ICARO, a small startup project founded by four friends, focused on rediscovering and giving voice to the wines of the Castelli Romani. ICARO works to promote the grapes and wines of this volcanic territory through a natural, accessible, and non-elitist approach, aiming to reconnect the Wine of the Castelli Romani with the people of Rome in a direct and authentic way.
The project is also strongly rooted in building a network of producers, wine shops, venues, and people who believe in this vision and, importantly, in enjoying the process together.

For cancellation, the following rules apply
In case of cancellation, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is done at least 4 weeks before the start of the project. After that, the total amount is non-refundable.
This means cancellation up to 4 weeks: 50% payment due.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before start date of the week: full amount due.
