Meet and connect with partner universities
Fontys ICT colleagues are attending the yearly EAIE Conference with the main goal to meet excisting and potential partner universities. The conference is a perfect opportunity to make appointments with so many international colleagues and contacts in just a few days. A Campus Experience at one of the HEROES partners and a full schedule in a crowded environment until network receptions at night.
Of course there are online meetings in practice, but in general business is best done in person. The output is great!
Recently Lucienne Wijgergangs and Marilyn Bailey came back from Gothenburg with many updates on international projects. Shared experiences in both ways -by the partners and by Fontys ICT- and collected upcoming projects to exchange students and staff. With several warm partners collaboration is more intensive in f.e. new set up of a programme Minor Global Acting in IT and COILs (Collaborative Online International Learning projects).
The conference programme at the venue and different hot spots in the city is so valuable, intens, very busy and also fun!
