WE-SEE is an international project in one the semesters at ICT & Software Engineering. A small group of students from both involved universities work together in the project on-site and virtually.
Throughout the semester the students will collaborate remotely as part of their group project in their semesters.
The kick-off of the project is held at Fontys in Eindhoven in September. the wrap-up and final presentation of the group project is at University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien in Austria in January 2027.
Participation
The registration for participants of UAS Technikum Wien and Fontys ICT is arranged via nomination by both universities.

Recap kickoff week in Eindhoven, September 2025
This week Fontys ICT had international visitors from Vienna! Three project groups started working on Full Stack Development and will be collaborating with students from Technikum Wien throughout the semester. The lecturers involved are Birgit Pohn from Technikum Wien and Thijs Naus and Jacco Snoeren from Fontys ICT.
The projects are diverse and challenging: a modular learning platform that keeps users engaged, a student version of Kickstarter, and an application that offers medical data in various formats to healthcare providers to help innovate healthcare. Both the students and lecturers are enthusiastic and looking forward to the continuation of the projects!
Besides project work at Fontys the programme includes a Welcome Dinner, lunches and the Eindhoven Escape Tour. The students got to know each other better in more ways, which benefits collaboration during the semester.
