Students will receive a compensation travel expenses from Fontys ICT of €150.

We will start preparing for the conference from October: participating students will be instructed to look at the conference programme and choose at least 3 trends. In groups of 3, they will carry out a trend analysis on these trends. They will present the results of this analysis to fellow students.
During the conference in Malaga, students will actively network and are tasked with attending at least 1 workshop and 3 speakers every day. After the conference, they hand in a paper incorporating the findings from the conference. These are substantive findings as well as cultural/international findings.
Based on the submitted papers, the students develop a workshop for fellow students for knowledge transfer after the conference, in December at the latest.

For cancellation, the following rules apply
In case of cancellation, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is done at least 4 weeks before the start of the project. After that, the total amount is non-refundable.
This means cancellation up to 4 weeks: 50% payment due.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before start date of the week: full amount due.
