Work together with students from across Europe during our International Winter Week on Service Design.
Although 80% of companies believe they deliver excellent customer experiences, only 8% of customers agree. During this week, you’ll explore this gap and learn how to close it.
What you’ll do
Service Design focuses on creating better, more human-centered services using Design Thinking and practical tools. You’ll work on real challenges from organisations such as local governments, museums, tourism offices, creative studios, and higher education institutions.
Learn together
You’ll collaborate in international, multidisciplinary teams with motivated students from different backgrounds. No prior experience is needed,just curiosity and an open mind.
Where
The program has been hosted in countries like Poland, Malta, Slovenia, Lithuania, Kosovo, and Belgium. The next edition will take place in Helsinki, in collaboration with Haaga-Helia.

For cancellation, the following rules apply
In case of cancellation, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is done at least 4 weeks before the start of the project. After that, the total amount is non-refundable.
This means cancellation up to 4 weeks: 50% payment due.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before start date of the week: full amount due.
