DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
During the international week we will introduce you to the basics of AMR/robot programming, using open-source software such as Linux, Python and the ROS framework. This will be supported by an introduction to Computer Vision. After this introduction we will teach you how to control the robot using your own code.
Second year bachelor students in applied informatics have access to the international week.

GOAL OF THE PROJECT
The final goal is to have an AMR moving autonomously over a set track, using all acquired programming skills. Your team will investigate innovative ways to use robots for all kinds of purposes.

The project week and price does not include accommodation.
Recommended accommodation:

Double rooms are reserverd for you In Hostel H, the youth hostel of Hasselt, next to the train station. You can book yourself with the code 28987 at the price of € 34.61 pp + € 2.36 city tax. You are also free to book another accomodation.
