Confirmation of participation

With your application and this confirmation of your participation you agree as follows:

• Your name and e-mail address will be shared with other fellow Fontys ICT students if applicable and the organising partner.
• You will pay the participation fee in advance to Fontys ICT or, in case, the organising partner. *
• You commit yourself to participate in all the activities of the programme of the project.
• You will behave correctly during the whole programme.

For cancellation, the following rules apply
In case of cancellation, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is done at least 4 weeks before the start of the project. After that, the total amount is non-refundable.
This means cancellation up to 4 weeks: 50% payment due.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before start date of the week: full amount due.
