OVER THE PROJECT

As part of the management team, run your own virtual company, The Fresh Connection, a manufacturer of fruit juices. Faced with declining performance, your team must get the company back on track by taking the best sales and supply chain operation decisions. You will have fun competing against other teams to generate the best Return on investment (ROI).   

LEARNING OUTCOMES

What to expect:

  • Experience the complexity of managing a Supply Chain (SC) through gamification (business simulation tool).  
  • Anchor and reinforce theoretical SC knowledge through practice.  
  • Translate Business strategy into action.  
  • Understand the SC parameters and cross functional decision-making process (S&OP).

  • Exploit all kinds of key SC information to take complex SC decision to support business strategy.  
  • Practice English using global SC vocabulary.
