BELGIUM, EPHEC, Louvain-la-Nueve: Adapting the marketing plan of a Belgian brewery to fit its new challenges

EPHEC University College, Louvain-la-Neuve Campus, Belgium 

This week will be a mix of problem-solving case in order to develop the cooperation, creativity and flexibility of students within an international environment.

Students will also visit a local brewery and enjoy beer tastings. Social activities and a beer hunting in the European capital, Brussels, will also be foreseen in order to develop the intercultural understanding and the beer discovery.

The week will be a mix of conferences, working sessions coached by professionals with a final presentation and prize ceremony.

If you are interested in discovering the Belgian beer know-how in a student city, this week is for you!

Learning outcomes - develop technical skills:

  • Develop a marketing plan
  • Internal analysis of the brewery
  • External analysis of the beer market, competition and macro trends
  • Micro-survey among potential customers
  • Formulation of concrete marketing recommendations

Registration is compulsory and first goes through Fontys ICT, preferable before December 1st. Then also through the link on the EPHEC webpage.
