Nego 4.0: Next Gen!
EPHEC offers Nego 4.0: Next Gen, an international Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) designed to strengthen your negotiation, communication, and strategic decision-making skills in a realistic international business environment.

This programme combines an online preparation session with an intensive on-campus week in Brussels, Belgium, where you will collaborate with students from across Europe to tackle a complex international negotiation challenge.

At the heart of the programme is a €1.9 billion cross-border rail project. Working in multicultural teams, you will represent one of three key stakeholders,a government, a financier, or a systems provider.Each with its own objectives, priorities, and constraints. Together, you will negotiate a final agreement that balances political, financial, and technical interests.

During the programme, you will:

  • Develop practical negotiation and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Strengthen your communication and persuasion techniques.
  • Collaborate effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Build intercultural awareness and adapt your negotiation style to different international contexts.
  • Analyse complex business challenges and identify mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Enhance your problem-solving, active listening, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Participate in interactive workshops, negotiation simulations, and a final negotiation challenge.

By participating, you will gain valuable international experience, expand your professional network, and develop the competencies needed to negotiate successfully in today's global business environment.

Recap international week in Brussels

Students Bas, Bram, Gino and Max were in Brussels for the international week at Haute École  EPHEC. 
During this international project week they visited the European Parliament and worked on a project asignment about negotiation. 

They used free time together with other participants and apparently have had a good time!
The beautiful Grote Markt square fully illuminated. And a night out in the Belgian Beer museum, photo booth moments after some alcoholic drinks and visiting clubs at the Luxemburg square.

A good moment to meet a lot of new people and experience nice activities!
