BELGIUM, EPHEC, Brussel: Develop a business model as a starter considering the SDGs

EPHEC University College, Brussels (Campus Woluwe), Belgium

The main goal of the week is to let students collaborate in mixed international groups on topics related to the SDGs.

They are acting as entrepreneurs developing a business model aiming at solving some sustainable development issues. They are challenged to think and communicate in English and will pitch their solution at the end of the week. 

Guest lectures, workshops, teamwork, coaching sessions, socio-cultural activities, and discovery of Brussels are spread throughout the week. 

Learning outcomes:

  • Demonstrating the ability to develop a comprehensive business model considering the SDGs.
  • Making the most of your problem-solving skills
  • Developing your creative talents  
  • Improving your pitching skills
  • Speaking English  
  • Developing cross cultural skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Living a unique experience in the heart of Europe

Registration is compulsory and first goes through Fontys ICT, preferable before December 1st. Then also through the link on the EPHEC webpage.

Price includes: 

  • Meals (breakfasts, lunches and 1 supper)
  • Accommodation (5 nights from 8 to 13 March in shared rooms)
